I like to offer new clients an opportunity to have a Meet 'n' Greet before their regular cleaning service commences.

Once you have made contact with us and you have your cleaning service booking confirmed. I will reach out to you the same way you made contact with us to arrange a time that is both convenient and suitable for the both of us. once this has been arranged and confirmed I will then come to your home visit. I usually try to do this within 2-3 days of your intial booking.

It is a informal visit to your home to discuss your cleaning needs and provides us the with an opportunity  to meet in person. On arrival to your home I  simply request we go on a quick tour of your home together so I have the opportunity to see the size and layout of your home and chat to you about the best way for us to help you get on top of your cleaning needs as well as go over a few other important details that come in your welcome pack.

Inside your Welcome Pack you will find some important details about our business and the services we can provide and we can go over any of the information provided and I am more than happy to answer any questions you may also have. The visit only takes 10-20 minutes.

Please fill out the Client data form and return it to your cleaner at your next scheduled cleaning service.
